CMCiB counts with all main certifications and is fully accredited by the Catalan governmental institutions/departments for conducting preclinical research with different species and models, maintaining high quality standards.

The centre is also accredited to conduct Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) surgical studies with large animal models, intended to support regulatory submissions of medical devices.

IGTP-CMCiB

It is part of the CERCA network of research centres, supported by the CERCA Foundation under the Ministry of Business and Knowledge.
